UPS Ground Service (4 to 10 business days within USA) (We ship from Boston. Deliveries in the northeast will arrive more quickly than deliveries to the west coast.) Domestic shipping is $9 for the first pair of shoes and $3 for each additional pair. This is the default shipping method for domestic shipments. - UPS 3 Day Select . Costs $23 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge.
- UPS 2 Day Air .Costs $35 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge.
- UPS Next Day Air . Costs $45 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge.
- Ground Service Charge is $9 for the first pair of shoes and $3 for each additional pair. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge.
- * We assemble the shoes for the order and ship them together, to save you money.
- * We require a verified credit card or a bank wire to cover the order
- * We don't pay customs or duties. They are charged by your country. We do not know what those charges might be. Call your local post office to check.
- * We ship via government post office unless otherwise requested.
- * We don't refund shipping charges.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING:
ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER US TERRITORIES:
We use the United States Postal Service. Rates are based on information from USPS website and rates are based on package weight. A handling charge of $5 is added to the USPS rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- International orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and transferred to the customer's country's postal service for delivery. We calculate the shipping price based on the number of shoes ordered and the shipping destination. A typical package to Europe costs about $35 to $45 USD. Your shipping charge is calculated automatically based on your order and on your address information. We do NOT pay customs charges, nor do we know what these charges might be for the customer's country. When you place your order, you are assuming responsibility for these charges.
We will be glad to take returns or exchanges on international orders, but we do not reimburse the shipping costs. We encourage you to read our information about shoe fit, and we are delighted to chat with you via email about your style and size requirements. Within 3 business days after placing your order, you should receive a set of emails from us. These emails tell you the status of your order, the total price (including shipping) and ask you to reply to confirm that you will accept the delivery and pay any applicable local customs duty. When we receive your confirmation, we approve the shoes for shipping.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Shipment tracking is a service provided by the carrier chosen for the delivery of your package. Each carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package once that package is recorded as being in their system, i.e. has actually left our distribution warehouse. DesignerShoes.com is given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is shipped. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, DesignerShoes.com cannot provide you access to tracking codes. Our system will automatically send you an email with your tracking number, however, these are sometimes not activated by the carrier until up to 72 hours after you receive the email.
International shipments refused by the consignees, or which for any other reason cannot be delivered, will be held, and UPS will attempt to contact the shipper for further instructions. DesignerShoes.com does not accept responsibility for shipments where inaccurate or incomplete shipping information has been provided by the customer placing an order.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS POLICY
We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- You may return any item purchased on our Web site. We do not refund shipping charges. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes, but the shoe boxes can not be marked by shipping labels. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you using the following policy:

- Returns on shoes bought at full price (in stock shoes, back order shoes, and waitlist shoes) that are returned within 30 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be refunded in full.
- Shoes bought at full price (in stock shoes, back order shoes, and waitlist shoes) that are returned after 30 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be accepted for full refund.
- Sale shoes must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, and will be refunded in full..
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the shoe return form enclosed in your order. A return label has been provided for your convenience. Send to RETURNS DEPT.; 132 Kemble St., Boston, MA 02119
DO NOT PLACE LABEL OR WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOE BOX. Use the shipping box provided or heavy wrapping paper.
