For orders where expedited shipping may be wanted, select an amount that will cover that cost. Customer will be billed for actual cost which must be less than the cost chosen. Approval to charge for expedited shipping is required. If order is not available for expedited shipping, customer will not be charged the expedited cost.
1. Not all shoes are available in the narrow window required for packing and shipping overnight, two day or three day delivery. Either email or call our customer service number (888-371-7463 or 617-442-7653 if calling from outside of the USA), let us know the size, width, style, color and type of occasion and we can suggest alternative styles to fit within your requirements. We can usually within two business days.
2. The delivery time usually starts as of 9 AM (EST) on the first weekday after the order is placed. If the order is placed at 10 AM on a Tuesday, shipping may not begin until the following business day.
3. Weekend and holiday days are not counted in the time period for expedited shipping. If shipping begins for a 3 day order on Thursday, the shipper counts Friday as day 1, Monday as day 2 and Tuesday as day 3.
