We require the 3 digit code on the back of your credit card and use address verification to protect against fraud. Please make sure that when entering your credit card information that the BILLING address is what your credit card company has on file for you. If it is entered incorrectly or does not match what is on record for you at your bank, your order will not be processed and may result in your credit card company placing an authorization on your account. ** Please note that your credit card information is encrypted when you enter it. We cannot see your credit card information and when it is authorized for your order, we do not have the ability to bill you for additional styles you may want to add to your order. Return address: Shopping from Outside the USA Email updates for orders, invoices and shipping: Thank you for your order with, DesignerShoes.com. The item(s) you have ordered are expected to ship in about X business days or less. When we ship your order, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number from UPS or USPS depending on your shipping method. We will typically email you this within 1 business day of placing your order. If you have not received this email, you may want to make sure that you have entered your email address correctly and check your SPAM filter. If you have not received this email but were instead emailed an invoice, then your order is now on its way to the warehouse for shipping. When your order is complete and ready for shipping, you will be emailed an invoice. If you chose UPS, your tracking number will be at the bottom of the invoice with the exception of paypal customers whose tracking numbers are entered separately. If you chose USPS as your shipping method, you will receive an invoice WITHOUT a tracking number, as they are not auto generated and have to manually entered afterwards. Once we have generated a USPS tracking number, you will be emailed another invoice with the tracking number. This typically takes 1 business day from when you receive your invoice.
