SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
When you place your order, you are given the option of UPS or USPS methods. You are picking your preferred method of shipping. Picking one method over another does not impact when your order will ship.
US (Continental only) Shipping
UPS Ground Service (1 to 7 business days within USA from when it leaves our warehouse) (We ship from Boston. Deliveries in the northeast will arrive more quickly than deliveries to the west coast.) Domestic shipping is calculated using UPS rates.

UPS 3 Day Select Costs $23 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge. UPS 2 Day Air Costs $35 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge. UPS Next Day Air Costs $45 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional. Prices may be adjusted if the weight or volume of the package requires it or if the destination address requires a surcharge. USPS Mail and PO Boxes
Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and AFO/FPO MAILBOXES: We use the United States Postal Service. Rates are based on information from the USPS website and rates are based on package weight. A handling charge of $5 is added to the USPS rate.
Priority Mail Rates are based on information from USPS website and rates are based on package weight. Shipping time is typically 3 to 7 days days from when it leaves our warehouse.
International orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail International and transferred to the customer's country's postal service for delivery. We calculate the shipping price based the published USPS postal schedule and on and the shipping destination. A typical package to Europe costs about $35 to $45 USD. Your shipping charge is calculated automatically based on your order and on your address information. We do NOT pay customs charges, duties or taxes pertaining to your country nor do we know what these charges might be for the customer's country. When you place your order, you are assuming responsibility for these charges. We will be glad to take returns or exchanges on international orders, but we do not reimburse the shipping costs. Within 3 business days after placing your order, you should receive a set of emails from us. These emails tell you the status of your order, the total price (including shipping) and ask you to reply to confirm that you will accept the delivery and pay any applicable local customs duty.
When we receive your confirmation, we approve the shoes for shipping.

Important: International shipping charges are non-refundable. For more information for you, we have added a special page for our International Shoppers. Please read it for more information and email us with any questions.

* We require a verified credit card or a bank wire to cover the order
* We don't pay customs or duties. Theses are charged by your country. We do not know what those charges might be. Call your local post office to check.
* We ship via government post office unless otherwise requested.
* We don't refund shipping charges.

Shipment tracking is a service provided by the carrier chosen for the delivery of your package. Each carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package once that package is recorded as being in their system, i.e. it has actually left our distribution warehouse. DesignerShoes.com is given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is shipped. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, DesignerShoes.com cannot provide you access to tracking codes. Our system will automatically send you an email with your tracking number once in our system, however, the package might not be readily trackable for up to 48 hours. International shipments refused by the consignees, or which for any other reason cannot be delivered, will be held, and UPS will attempt to contact the shipper for further instructions. DesignerShoes.com does not accept responsibility for shipments that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information that has been provided by the customer when placing an order.
